Inadequate spacing
The worst mistake is having a room space that is too tiny that the tenant/homeowner will find it hard accommodating his or her belongings. This mistake mostly renders the home obsolete. Most people prefer having spaces that are liveable and allows for easy movement.
Picking undesirable wall colors
Some of the developers have it all wrong when it comes to the choice of color.
They may go for colors that are too dull or too bright that will leave the room more of a disaster than something eye-catching to the potential tenant. In some extreme cases, the developers may use more than three colors in painting of a single room. This will make the house so disorienting.
Inadequate lighting
When it comes to lighting selection, one major thing that should be considered is the function of the room. The lighting should harmoniously coordinate with each other in complimenting the purpose of the room.
Developers should not just throw in one or two ceiling bulbs without considering the ambience and the mood of the house.
Mixing and matching floor tiles
Brightly colored tiles, extremely patterned tiles, differently patterned and colored tiles out together on the floor; all these are a big turnoff to the tenants and homeowners.
Most people don’t like these mixing and matching of colors because they make the house look so chaotic. Just a simple plainly colored tile goes a long way.
Inadequate parking space
Having an adequate parking space that allows the tenants to park their vehicles without blocking the entrance or the exit for the other tenants is very important. It even raises the value of the property as the tenants will be willing to pay for the ample services provided in the property.
